The Inventors... wonder how they think?

Since I'm in love with the research field, I would like to know, understand and share with you in this blog bout how the inventors think. Do you ever wonder what sparks d imagination and turns the gears in the mind of them? Do you ever ever wonder?? Do you?

To invent, you need two things: "A good imagination and a pile of junk." - Thomas Edison.

A pile of JUNK? Yes, for the inventor's inner workings, you essentially need to be inspired by your nearly-crash, a desire to do good and the challenge of solving a problem.

Here are five ways that inventors think (taken from Reader's Digest, August 2009):

1. They constantly ask, "What if?"

2. The delight in process.

3.They see the world as a child does.

4. They are dreamers.

5. They aren't easily discouraged.
